New trialists adding members

I just looked at the clan roster and there's quite a few new trialists and new members who haven't added me to their friend's list, I'm just wondering now if they're actually told to?

This is the process:
1. An applicant writes an application
2. If accepted and we don't have 5 active trialists, he/she gets assigned a trial spot and is informed explicitly to add everyone on the roster to his XBL friends list
3. If accepted and we do have 5 active trialists, he/she is informed that he/she is on the waiting list to get a trialist spot, and should not add anyone except the admins until he/she gets a trial spot
4. During the trial he/she should have added everyone to his/hers friends list, and play with anyone online simultaneously
5. If trial is accepted, he/she becomes a full member

I've already 'discovered' (by a newbie's PM) that my Friends list was full. Took a bit but I trimmed the fat out of it; should be plenty of room now.

Could be if you're not being added to people's list, that yours is full; better check it now and then.

We shouldn't have as much trouble with this, because recruitment is closed except for omg wtf bbq applications right?
