Hi everyone.

I have just been accepted as a trialist, and i thought i would begin by making a quick topic to say hello (Hope this is the appropriate place). I am from England, i'm 30 years old and i am looking forward to actually playing the game with team mates for a change.

I will be sending friend requests to everybody and hope to get killin' bad guys alongside you all soon.

I'd also like to say thanks to those who evaluated and accepted my application, and to commend you on the good work you are all doing. I have read some very useful gameplay tips on here already and i'm sure i will be learning more.

Also, a job well done to whoever created your promotional video with the original music and everything, it was done brilliantly and instantly made me want to join in.

Anyway, i'll stop rambling and see you all soon.

Also, i forgot to mention that i will be away from 30th until 4th. I hope this won't be problematic.

I have sent friends request to all members, but just a note that member 'BEAST6699' has a full friends list and i was unable to send a request.

I'm glad to hear you're excited to actually start playing the game in an organised fashion. That's where we come in, and whether or not you'll stay on as a member is entirely up to you. Your behaviour and team performance is what counts, so the rest of your membership in DFA is up to you!

Though I find my creation cheesy and hardly worthy of representing DFA, it will luckily be updated soon. Now we're actually going to show gameplay and footage of the people that make up the clan, giving an actual image of our clan and the fantastic people that comprise it.

Thanks a lot. Had my first games tonight and had some fun once i got used to how the guys play. I started poorly but got much better. So thanks very much for sending me the game invite.

The helicopter pilot made my job so much easier though as i was the gunner and he made it easy for me by flying so steadily.

Good bunch of guys though and I think once i learn all the maps and equipment, i will be able to contribute a lot for the team. I learned new things already just after a few games. For instance, i had no idea choppers could be repaired in the air.

I'm glad to hear that! Just make sure you read this article (as required by all new members), and you'll learn the tactical foundation of DFA in no-time

Yeah i have already read this and there are some great tactics in there. It is just that yesterday i didn't really know who was the leader or have a clear idea at first of what i was supposed to be oing, but i guess the guys wanted to see what i'd do if left to my own devices.

Just wanted to make a quick post expressing how excited i am to be joining DFA (trial basis at least)!! I look foreward to playing in a regimented atmosphere with people that have the same goal in mind (instead of everyone just sitting by the chopper spawn )

I've been through the clan members list and added everyone. If I've missed you out it's not because i hate you. It's because it's a long list and I may have missed out some folks by accident. Apologies if I have.

Anyway, I mostly play Rush on Vietnam nowadays and I usually play as Assault or Medic so if you need either of those roles filling then please hit me up. If I'm able to, I will join.

had a great time playing with everyone over the weekend! Im very impressed by the teamwork i see in almost every game setting. I am looking foreward to a full fledged membership! Can anyone clarify, i am currently a trialist, so i should change my clan tag to dfa (lowercase), correct?

Hello everyone,

I have just been accepted into the clan on a trialist basis and thought that i would introduce my self to those that do not know me yet. I live in the good ole US of A, i am 23 years old, and i currently work at JPMorganChase as a financial service advisor. (i feel like i just filled out my match.com bio lol!)...anyways...

I am looking forward to being able to play side by side with all of you and being able to learn all the tips and tricks that i can so that i can become a great teammate.

I played a few games with some of you today and feel that i did struggle at first to keep up with all of you and to learn how you all interact with one another but after awhile i started to get the hang of it.

I cant wait to play more games with all of you and to earn my place among you.

Sup guys my name is Cody I've been a trialist for about a week now. Playing with you guys has been a blast so far, pretty nice to be able to get on a hour or two before class and wreck some sh*t. I'm currently taking welding level c in school I'm done in about a week then I'm going to another university for iron working. Oh yeah I'm one of those rare canadians haha. I do find my self playing with a handful of the clan members the odd new one pops up once and awhile but for the most part pretty solid players .

Im former United States Army.(Infantry) Served two tours in Iraq, and did a volunteer mission when Katrina hit in New Orleans.
