I think it would Moliat. The perspective you play from is identical to mass effect so you'd be right at home there. And its just awesome to play these games. I'd say if your iffy about it, pick up a cheap copy of dead space 1. It's better than the second in some ways I think. If you like that one, you'll LOVE the second one.

Maybe I get it this weekend then. I have a coupon worth 75% of the Dead Space 2 price I might chip in. I won't have an xbox for a year next year anyways when I go to college, so I might as well spend it now.

Yeah I reckon you will enjoy DS2 especially because you play a lot of Mass Effect the handling between Shepherd and Isaac is almost identical.
Other than that a bit of horror is always nice and of course blasting limbs of necromorphs is always fun, especially on harder difficulties where certain enemies take more shots to heir limbs and you have less ammo in general, this gives you a really good survival feeling because you really have to go careful with your ammo otherwise you find yourself killing all the big ones but getting killed by all the small necromorphs. And on Hardcore difficulty setting you get 3 saves through the entire game. That is hideous but fun
