Squad question

Okay, who wants to saddle up with me?

Note: Kakkura has personally invited me into a squad that he is leading, but that was after I had posted the above question (in the wrong place).

I am curious to know if anyone wants to follow my lead. If no one does, then I shall most likely join his squad.

Thing is ria that many people already have crated squads (though some are not full), and those who aren't in the process of creating or joining are inactive people and will probably be removed from the CSM list.

Well, I suppose Kakkura's squad makes the most sense in terms of timezone anyway.

Feeling a lack of confidence here whether anyone is behind my leadership skills....

Don't think it's that. I personally think it's because people might not have a whole lot of playtime with ya, and therefor aren't eager to join, think peeps ratherjoin people there familiar with.
The only reason I didn't join is because of the time diff

Riafomh, making the assumption that people are uneager to follow you is ridiculous. It is simply a matter of the active CSM people already being in the process of joining or creating a squad, and therefore not being available to join your fifth squad. The fact of the matter is that we don't have enough people for 5 squads, which is why very few are replying to your offer: there's hardly anybody left without a squad!

When it comes to the time difference, I don't see why you can't join Blizzard and OhhYeah's squad. You play in the morning often, and they play in the evening, it adds up perfectly. At least I get some playtime with you, meaning they should too. Besides you're the only squad captain of the bunch, meaning people will follow your leadership either way.

Ria we asked you to join our squad and lead it but you didn't give us an answer. You said you needed to read the posts about it. I don't think we have been able to confirm our 5th member yet.

Yeah, I was out of the loop for a bit (personal chaos here - had the Country of India staying at my place...) and by the time I had read and got back to it, it looked like you guys were full.

Well, If you would be the leader, I would have to proove myself and become a squad captain before id have authority over you in a squad XD lol. hey, if you lead dentedbulets squad, i can try to find a fifth. it'll be tough, but i think i can do that.

Excuse my blunt language: but jesus christ you guys are misunderstanding me a lot lately. You would both be squad captains of the squad. You would take turns commanding it.

Now how can I say no to that? Besides, Kakkura did ask me first, and the timezone makes the most sense. It also completes a full squad. So its official then, I'm joining Kakkura's Squad.

Since we do have a nice full squad (all 5 are confirmed, yes?) then as a way of making it up to Kenny (since his squad is not yet full) then I humbly offer up my services to his squad on loan if we are full and he needs an extra hand.

I'm a bit off my game still coming back, so at Saturday's event Kakkura can lead until I can get warmed up.
