As if I wasn't pumped enough to begin with.

I just face a dilemma: playing the limited BF3 on Xbox 360, or purchasing a new computer even though I bought one a year ago (which disappointed) to play the "full" BF3.

Well, the X-Box option will be cheaper, and there'll surely be more Clan members on it than on the PC...

I've already decided I'm investing in BF3 for both systems, so now the only problem is deciding which new Graphics Card I need for my PC to handle this stuff.

I'm just trying to decide whether or not I'm bringing my Xbox to college. If I do, I'll get BF3 for the Xbox 360. If I don't, I'll get a better pc and get it for that.

I am probably bringing the Xbox rather than buying a new pc, though.

Cant wait for that SKS sniper. Thats going to fit my position perfectly. In your face, sniper coverage.

And everything else they are bringing to the game. Although, im kind of skeptical about the TOTAL destruction. I hope there are certain things that cant be blown up to atleast give some coverage.

Cant wait, already preordered and half paid for.

I think the weapon changes are like in MoH, as and they loose the perks (which is so much better)
For those who never played MoH 2010, you could choose a weapon, then change the sights (iron / red dot / agoc) and the barrel (stock barrel / muzzle flash / silencer ect, depending on weapon)
Ammo (normal ammo / extra ammo / high power ammo)

All these things changed weapon stats, some increased accurace, but reduced damage, or range, ect ect.
I actually LOVED that from MoH

According to a tweet from a DICE guy a few weeks back the specs in BF3 will not allow you to increase weapon damage or increase your health. So no magnum ammo or ceramic armor stuff. That means that all of your potential damage comes from the guns base stats, which in my mind means that the game has to be very well balanced to make up for it.

The perks in BC2 suck anyway.
    I mean, look at BF2.
This game was about PURE PLAYER SKILL

Oh also apparently BF3 will have more voice overs for multiplayer than any other game. Reportedly there are already over 300 variations of the phrase 'Man Down!'

I guess that serves to make the gameplay more realistic. Although I feel really bad for the guys who have to record it all lol.
