    Yeah IED's are no fun. I've driven through a few of them. Luckily with nothing to show for it other than smashed vehicles and ringing ears.

    Been hit by three. Two just disabled my truck, one i took shrapnel from.

    It made a neat bubble of dirt, didn't seem to do much else though.

    Astute observation! In that particular case the bad guys buried the charge too deep. Lucky break!
