I know my posts haven't been all that friendly.
But you can honestly trust me with the fact I didn't mean to be hostile in any form.

As Ive written posts yeah sure they weren't friendly in some cases. But you i like to emphasize my point so if you guys see CAPS LETTERS that doesn't mean I am sitting here screaming at the laptop no its just there to emphasize my point
I also want to tell you that in the criticism part I usually don't pretend to be all that charming as to talking around the fact.
If something isn't good like that recruitment video I say that to you.
I know wasn't friendly. But it wasn't meant to be hostile either.
I just don't think of telling you guys it wasn't meant hostile.
If I wanted to be hostile I could do a lot worse.
So without much further talking and writing and erm smiling Id like to tell all of the members here:

The correct way to handle this is not "pointing fingers" Furtz, I understand that you are upset because people are blaming you for causing an "un-happy" environment for your personal opinion and that they are calling you a "whiner," and I understand that. Now, there is a point to which you crossed a line (We all do it very often, it is not just you.
) I understand that you don't like certain things that Ohyeah had said, but people are titled to their opinions and we are trying to have a good time. I know a few of us have a few bruised egos and hurt feelings, but one part to handling a situation like this is to not argue any more. It is to find the correct point of conflict, and sort it out. Because if you keep arguing it's like throwing fuel on a fire...it makes it worse! So if you want to tell me the situation, go ahead and message me. I shall see what I can do to help you sort out this mess.
