We've got a lot of numbers, people, and especially with all the new faces around here I just want to remind everyone (newbies especially) to remember to put your Clan Tag on so that we can recognize you out there. We'll get to know everyone's Gamertags eventually but there are plenty of 'PsychoSuperSoldierTeddyBear69AirForceOneHappyHourPartridgeInAPearTreeSargeantRock911's out there so it can be confusing for some of us Alzheimer-folk...

    Thanks.

When you say "newbies" are you also referring to trialists such as myself?

Good question. Do trialists wear the DFA tag?

I should check (or you can check) with Moliat or Crush on that. My reaction would be to say yes, since to me (the reason I made this post) is to be able to identify the (newer) DFA people when online... However, while 'revsfan313 is online' will show up onscreen, it's not until checking the scoreboard ingame or post-match that the DFA tag shows up before your name.

Perhaps you should wait for confirmation on that, sir.

Yes, trialists wear clan tags, though their clan tag should be TRI, not DFA.

What we do at my pc clan, is capslock tagvs for members, small for trial, (=E= / =e=)
Maybe members should use [DFA] and trials [dfa] ?

Excellent suggestion. Give that soldier an extra ration at chow time !!!

There may be another clan out there with TRI tags, so I think lower case tags for trialist is the solution. Good thinking.

Remember Your Clan Tags Empty Fair Evaluation

    Post by D divine1 Thu Jan 20, 2011 1:57 am

I dont think triallists should have clan tags as i have noticed the the opposing teams that we play against get annoyed at dying at loosing ,and then leave, so in the interests of fair evaluations of trialists i recommend no tags until u pass

P.s. this is just a suggestion

Then maybe no-one should have a clan tag so the enemie-team don't leave, wait that destroys the whole point. :P Smile

For our Trialists- Please Remember to use Lower Case: (dfa) Not in caps (DFA).
