Stuff that got revealed in the livestream:

* Squad Leader confirmed, 4 Person Squad
* Ability to spot a Enemy Squad Leader
* Equippable Grenades
* Falling debris from destruction 3.0 can kill players!
* Equippable knife as well as quick knife (like BC2)
* Support class able to mount bipods and give ammo
* Rifleman class has medpack + defibrillator
* Ability to change fire modes in multiplayer (semi/burst/auto)
* Regenerative health in MP, but suppression effect stops regen (only regen when you aren’t under fire)
* Suppression effects from LMG, blur vision
* Flashlights can blind the enemy
* First Person Animations in Multiplayer
* Faction Specific Weapons + Unlocks
* Vehicles can be immobilized before being destroyed
* Able to opt out of Revives in Multiplayer
* 3D spotting

Sounds like I'll be going back to the M16 as a medic, and I really don't mind. Now we can also use the LMG class more for what the weapon is designed for: covering and suppressive fire with high volumes of concentrated fire on a location, especially with the suppression effect.

I want to see some console gameplay ! We have only seen it on PC so far.

I'm so gonna play the shit out of this game, although I have the feeling it will be way superior on the pc.

4 supports with LMG's...I just want to see them suppress an entire building lol. They would literally tear through cover like no tomorrow.

Small clarification on the Rifleman class. You can either equip a grenade launcher and have the same assault type class from BC2, or you can equip the medical package and have med kits and the defib.

Ah, that clarifies a bit, and I am definitely going the latter all the time

Equipable grenades???? like you can equip smoke grenades or stuns? Im confused, but i do like how it all looks and sounds so far. Pretty stoked to spend my whole halloween week playing video games.

Equip as in you hold it in your hand until you click RT and throw it out. Like you equip your assault rifle without firing it.

hmmmm so that means i can run around with a grenade in my hand and knife people???? for some reaosn, seeing a guy running around with a grenade in his hand in the kill cam seems to make me piss myself laughing....or maybe thats the booze....either way, if it looks anything like it does for BFBC2 and the grenade animation, you better watch your tags.

Speaking of, someone said something about personalized tags? confirm/deny??? cuz i know some people will have theirs say "GTFO beaver", just saying.

I like the new knife style, like the old BF2 and BC2

I didnt play any other battlefield games other than this one, it will be interesting to see how my gameplay changes with the equipped knife. Were you able to knife faster/in between knife's was it faster restore rate?

but as BF2 was old, it just poked, no animation.

I like the idea of equipping knives and grenades. It reminds of my golden days spent playing Counter-Strike.

Why would anyone want to do this?

It's already hard enough to get a Medic to revive you... If they run up to someone to revive them just to find they don't want to be revived, they will want to do it even less.

There are times when you do not want to be revived, for example, your out of ammo or you need to change your class... or some blueberry is constantly reviving you without doing anything about what got you killed in the first place.

There are plenty of times where i've revived people who didn't want to be revived and plenty of times when i've been revived when I didn't want to be.

Having the option to accept the revive or not can only be a good thing.

its from pc only they were playing it live on e3..

Thank you baby Im not going mad... They havent shown ANY console gameplay. It has been in the news saying Activision saying battlefield to dissapoint on console and it's a 'PC' game.
We need to see some console gameplay because they are dumming it down because the console cant handle everything a gaming PC can.
