"Who the Hell put Him in charge?"
That's what I was thinking today during our 'CSM-incomplete' match. The douch-bag I am thinking about, is of course, me.
Totally off day for me, fellas - sorry. I dunno... low blood-oxygen-glucose levels in the cells of my brain? Or what? In all honesty, I was fighting back both the desire to play so badly as I have been all week, and the irresistible temptation to go lie down on the couch... Bad combination...
I could go on about bad luck factors and so forth that contributed or didn't to my lack of leadership success, but I won't.
No excuses.
Fortunately there were others who rose to the occasion and were in a better position 'on field' to give some directives and rally our side in the right direction; unfortunately not enough for us to actually win a match. All the same I want to give kudos to people for stepping up to the plate.
Once again, sorry about that, fellas. We all count on effective leadership from someone on the field and I let us all down today. This post is my way of taking responsibility in front of the troops, and hopefully retain confidence in people following my command. Don't worry, I promise there'll be more of the old tactic-effective me in the future...
