Re: Medic Loadout
A good offense is a good defense. I roll with the Saw, MP, Redot and magnum ammo. Good for any range and you can put guys down in seconds. Burst fire works well with this Primary stay close to your team and watch the revive and heal points stack up.

Re: Medic Loadout
I'll be mainly using it for support, heals, revives, and covering fire mainly

Lightweight if you'll be hopping between cover a lot or doing a high amount of revives. Faster healing if you'll be doing a lot of suppressive fire, or if you'll be fighting a lot from cover to cover.
Spec 2:
I would still go with magnum, depending a little on the situation. If you'll be doing a high lot of reviving or a huge amount of suppressive fire, I would use body armor as you will be a bullet magnet. If however you are going to provide lethal and accurate covering fire, I would use magnum ammo.
Primary weapon:
MG36 - built in red dot, excellent for accurate covering fire from a stationary position (it gives you tunnel vision), high noise (high suppression)
PKM - deadly covering fire, high damage and accurate fire, but relatively small magazine and low noise (medium suppression)
T88 LMG - feels like a crowd control gun. Large magazine and medium noise (medium suppression), but you can keep it up for a very long while. While the T88 can suppress effectively for long by providing a bullet storm, I find suppression to be more effective when you shoot to kill and you damage the enemy before he hops back into cover, so I would not recommend this one.
M249 SAW - like a mix of the PKM and the T88. It's more lethal than the T88, but not quite as deadly as the PKM (but it holds better suppression capabilities, both in terms of rounds per minute combined with magazine size and how easy it is to keep the enemy ducked down due to damaging)
Secondary weapon:
This one depends entirely on which one you prefer.

Re: Medic Loadout
Yeah the MG36 is a Monster. I remember me and Moliat running dual setups and having combat scores of 10000(Moliat) and 9000(Me).
Good times!

Re: Medic Loadout
no but it's an XM something.
When in a lot of cover, providing survivability, I usually go both medic heal upgraes.
As for couver fire.
SAW uses 200 rounds, long fire, makes medium - hard noise, BUT has the least recoil kick
T88 uses 200 rounds, so long cover fire like SAW, but lower fire rate, so even longer then SAW
But, more kick, less noise.
M60 only 100 rounds, but not really high fire rate, accurate, high damage, good noise. people don't like to pop their head out a window when some m60 is shooting at them.

OH! yea i got ya, XM8Lmg
the xm8 is supposed to be used as an lmg, carbine assault-rifle, and as a marksman's rife. I dont know why they dont let me put an 8xScope on that baby and light em up, but they at least included a little versitility :P
